Tree Trimming

We had are in the middle of a new construction build in Sandpoint and had four trees we needed fell in order to make the view even better, the only problem was, these trees were on more than a 60% slope and had a road right below and the house right above. We needed someone who knew what they were doing and could drop them with precision and that's exactly what we got. All four trees fell perfectly sideways and now the view is exactly what we wanted. Couldn't have asked more an easier experience.

I am very pleased with King and Son’s urban Forestry Tree Survice I had an urgent tree issue that I reached out for a quote. Rick came out that day and was able to come back with his crew to take the limb off of my dad‘s house in a timely manner he worked actually late that night doing so and then the next day we had to have the rest of the tree taken down as he showed me that it was completely about to fall, which would’ve fallen on the house and possibly harmed my my dad I live in Tennessee and with him living in Idaho it really helped take the worry off me of how I was gonna get this done with me being so far away he was professional efficient, and extremely nice and kept me up-to-date on what was need to be taken care of . He also rescued some chipmunks from the tree that was taken down and gave them a new home. It’s a big to me when somebody takes the extra care of God’s creatures .I will definitely be be using King and Son’s for any of my Tree issues that I may have in the future. Thank you so much! Rick and his team did a really good job. The trees went just where we wanted them and we couldn't believe how fast the chipped all the limbs.

A recent summer storm soften the ground below my decorative basalt stones and they fell over. Rick was finishing a job in my neighborhood and I stopped by to get an estimate. He unloaded his mini excavator and came right over and did the job! Awesome company.

Rick and the crew at King and sons are great not only did the fall a problem tree next to my house but before they cut it Rick checked it fo squirrels and relocated four babies so they would get hurt!

Really appreciate Rick and his professionalism and willingness to come out and help us with a tree on our roof. He was very knowledgeable in the situation and went above an beyond in understanding our needs. Highly recommend for any tree removal services you have.

I can’t tell You how AWESOME this company truly is! I had them out a few months ago for an estimate. Haven’t done anything about the trees yet, but we had a neighbor cat stick in the tree. I called him up and he got out here to save the kitty!

We had 2 very large bull pines that we needed down for safety reasons. Rick was recommended to us from a friend as well as another company that had previously bid the job. From the very beginning, Rick with King and Sons has been very knowledgeable, professional and understanding. Watching this man hustle and get the job done deserves a 11/10. This was by no means an easy job and he attacked it head on, where others ran and didn’t want to touch it. Even when things seemed challenging, Rick found a way to get it done, both safely and efficiently. If we had more trees needing attention, I would call him every single time, hands down no questions asked. That being said, I cannot recommend Rick and his company King and Sons enough. If you need any tree work done at all, give him a call, you wont regret it at all! Thanks a ton Rick, you have helped us more than you know. We can sleep a lot better knowing those are gone. My neighbor had 2 trees that were leaning quite a bit along my fence , my fear since our last wind storm that a tree was going to come down on my house. With my neighbors blessing I hired King and Sons to cut those 2 trees down at a reasonable price. They took the trees away and did a great clean up. I recommend them for any job. Thank you

Excellent job!

Unfortunately we had a tree limb fall through our neighbors roof on Christmas Eve and to top it off it was raining. These were the only guys willing to come out and take care of the problem. Reasonably priced and five star service. They even helped to tarp the roof off before repairs were able to be made. Will not use anybody else from now on.

I had a great experience with King & Sons Urban Forestry—they were prompt, quick, and professional, and they carefully protected my sprinklers and property while removing a tree. Nothing was damaged, and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. They even trimmed another tree that wasn’t part of the job to make it look more aesthetically pleasing, which I really appreciated.

Rick is a very good Sawyer. He showed up on a weekend and cut down a hazard tree that was threatening to fall on my house and my neighbors.
