A recent summer storm soften the ground below my decorative basalt stones and they fell over. Rick was finishing a job in my neighborhood and I stopped by to get an estimate. He unloaded his mini excavator and came right over and did the job! Awesome company.

Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding. Encountered Rick on the street and asked them for a bid. He and his assistant followed me home and gave me a bid which I believe was instant and honest. I said when can you do it. He said right now. I agreed and he started and worked into darkness with lights. These men completed the job in an Outstanding manner. Rick and the crew at King and sons are great not only did the fall a problem tree next to my house but before they cut it Rick checked it fo squirrels and relocated four babies so they would get hurt!

I can’t tell You how AWESOME this company truly is! I had them out a few months ago for an estimate. Haven’t done anything about the trees yet, but we had a neighbor cat stick in the tree. I called him up and he got out here to save the kitty!

We had 2 very large bull pines that we needed down for safety reasons. Rick was recommended to us from a friend as well as another company that had previously bid the job. From the very beginning, Rick with King and Sons has been very knowledgeable, professional and understanding. Watching this man hustle and get the job done deserves a 11/10. This was by no means an easy job and he attacked it head on, where others ran and didn’t want to touch it. Even when things seemed challenging, Rick found a way to get it done, both safely and efficiently. If we had more trees needing attention, I would call him every single time, hands down no questions asked. That being said, I cannot recommend Rick and his company King and Sons enough. My neighbor had 2 trees that were leaning quite a bit along my fence , my fear since our last wind storm that a tree was going to come down on my house. With my neighbors blessing I hired King and Sons to cut those 2 trees down at a reasonable price. They took the trees away and did a great clean up. I recommend them for any job. Thank you

Unfortunately we had a tree limb fall through our neighbors roof on Christmas Eve and to top it off it was raining. These were the only guys willing to come out and take care of the problem. Reasonably priced and five star service. They even helped to tarp the roof off before repairs were able to be made. Will not use anybody else from now on.

I had a great experience with King & Sons Urban Forestry—they were prompt, quick, and professional, and they carefully protected my sprinklers and property while removing a tree. Nothing was damaged, and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. They even trimmed another tree that wasn’t part of the job to make it look more aesthetically pleasing, which I really appreciated.

Rick is a very good Sawyer. He showed up on a weekend and cut down a hazard tree that was threatening to fall on my house and my neighbors.

I have worked along side Rick (owner) and what I can say is this: Rick knows tree work and has an extremely high level skillset when it comes to taking out hazardous trees. This company is highly recommended. Communication was professional. Showed up the nextday after contacting them. They took my tree down and removed a couple of bushes. The price was awe-mazing!

King and Sons was quick to answer the call off of a Facebook post for a cat in the tree. Once onsite, Rick grabbed his gear, donned the harness and spikes. A minute later, he was positioned where he was in control. The scared cat that was in the tree for 24 hours in freezing temperatures and could not escape the efforts of Rescue Rick. In just a few minutes the cat was out of the tree and eating like he was in the tree for a week. A big thanks to King and Sons for taking control and rescuing the scared little cat.

We recently had King and Sons do some tree removal and trimming for us. They removed 2 large trees and trimmed old limbs on several other trees. Rick and his crew were very nice and professional. They did a great job on the removal and also did a great job on debris clean up. Rick also provided useful information on future tree trimming to avoid insect infestation. We were very satisfied with their work and would readily recommend them to others.

Rick and his team worked in great coordination to produce tree trimming results that are visually apparent and pleasing, while also being helpful to the trees' health. I found Rick thru his ad in The People's Pen newspaper and always good working with faith-filled people who are also awesome patriots. I'll come back to King and Sons whenever the need arises.

King & Sons provided phenomenal same-day service! We had an 80-foot Grand Fir, practically sitting on top of the house, and Rick took it down in a skilled and professional manner. It had a twisted trunk base , but he had all the equipment to fell the tree exactly where he planned, missing the house, shed, fire pit, deck, and landscaped shrubbery close by. We recommend this company 100%!!

I would recommend King and Sons, for sure! Rick came out to our home to rescue our barn cat from a VERY tall tree. Our cat really gave him a run for his money, hopping over to a nearby tree and climbing up to the very top, probably 70 or 80 feet. Rick was undeterred and able to pluck him out of the tree and return him safely to us. We appreciate you, Rick and King and Sons!!

I reached out to King and Sons Urban Forestry on their website, on Sunday morning. Within 10 minutes, Rick called me about my request. I needed a 30” x 40’-50’ tree removed that was growing into my fence. Rick asked if he could come by later that day and take a look. He was on time, inspected the tree and gave me a quote. The price was beyond fair and I didn’t even need to request additional quotes. Rick asked if he could come out the very next day. It’s currently 12:45 as I write this and the tree is down and the clean up is completed. He also provided me with additional phone numbers for stump grinding. Needless to say, Rick and Tyson are welcome back anytime! I will only look to call Rick anytime I need work down. Rick and Tyson, thank you again!

Rick and crew were great to work with. Professional and impressive on how fast they got our huge tree limbed, branches chipped and the tree cut down and everything cleaned up. They did a great job. While we had a few scheduling issues, they tried hard to make things work for us and them. Even with it really hot out, they worked hard with no complaints. I would highly recommend them.

King & Sons was the best tree removal company we used. Owner, Rick, returned my call very fast and cane out same day for an estimate. Tree was pulled out by roots by his amazing tree puller chariot. They were mindful of concrete and grass and left everything in the same condition as when job first started. I would highly recommend King & Son’s for tree removal and would use in the future.

We were so happy with the work that Rick and his team did on two different properties that we manage. One tree was a bit intimidating, large, and in a precarious spot the other trees needed trimming and help with clearance from telephone lines. The team was professional, very communicative and Their cleanup was great. I would highly recommend King and sons for any of your tree service needs!

Hired Rick and crew to take out 3 diseased trees. It was noisy, but they were quick and thorough. They were very professional, and did an excellent job on cleanup. He even suggested some trees we might use to replace the others. We highly recommend them.

Rick and his crew were awesome. We had a number of 60 to 80 foot dead trees on the property that were in some tight spaces, and were at risk of falling on or near fences and structures. The day I reached out to King & Sons, Rick got back to me with in mins, and was even able to come over that same day to take a look. His prices were the best I got, and his service was top notch. He did everything he said he was going to do and threw in some extra work as well. He also did a great job cleaning everything up at the end of the day. I found King and Sons on line. Read some reviews and gave Rick a call. That evening he came to my house, explained everything and gave me a very reasonable estimate on trimming, cutting limbs from 3 trees. Within a week the work is complete. Very efficient. Work was done on specified date. Cleanup looks so good. 6 extremely large tall trees were removed with expert falling of the trees to a designated drop zone. Rick came out to my house today and made very quick work of downing two leaning trees. I was worried about the one hitting our pump house so I called a pro and he nailed the target drop zone away from the pump house in stunningly short order. I just needed the trees felled and he was in and out in under an hour. Remarkable. 🙌🏽

Last year around a his time I had the crew come in and take out three huge trees that could potentially harm my home. Along with several mid size trees. The team was efficient in the work. One tree at a time . Landing them perfectly in the yard. The wind was blowing on one of the big trees they swayed with the tree and when the time was right! It came down. Amazing to watch this team.

I contacted Rick on a on Monday he was here actually the same day gave me a quote. Came back six days later completed The job in a very timely manner they were extremely organized and very careful with my landscaping as they removed all the debris which was quite a bit. They fell 2 trees and completely trimmed eight large fur trees can’t say enough good about them.

Rick was on foot going by my house & asked if I needed any of his services. He offered to instantly evaluate the tree removal, I was finally willing to do. I loved the tree, but the men in the house complained about the leaves it dropped in the pool. The tree was in a tight spot, they did a great job of removing it. There was one tiny hole that a branch caused, Rick instantly told us about it, sealed it, & said he would come by Saturday to check the seal & do sny additional repair. We didn’t need any additional repair patch. We were impressed with honesty, reliability, and skill. We used their tree spraying service & was totally satisfied. We highly recommend this company.

Very professional…showed up when expected. They removed a huge quaking Aspen and cleaned everything up too. I had another low hanging limb from an oak that wasn’t part of their scope of work. They returned several weeks later, when they were in the area, and removed it too. I would recommend him many times over!

I was very fortunate enough too respond to his AD and called Rick in the middle of night last November when we had those super bad wind storms and he came out right away after I explained how bad it was and secured one of my trees for me so it wouldn’t damage my house any further. He ended up coming back the very next day and dealing with said tree for me. He also did a full walk through and gave me a very fair estimate. My trees needed trimming so badly. We agreed on a time and he was there right on schedule and he did a terrific job! I loved the fact that he was very knowledgeable and not just there to trim trees. Thank you, thank you 😊
